The US Economy

Why are we still experiencing a recession? Whose fault is it? Well as of today it's the fault of President Obama for not ending the wars in the Middle East and yes that includes Iraq.

But then most Americans are always happy to spend money abroad fighting a war. But God forbid we spend any on Americans here in the United States.

A U.S. Legacy of Waste in Iraq.

Such an episode is neither new nor the last time, we will waste billions of dollars on failed projects abroad while more and more Americans lose their jobs and homes.

Rather cool site you've got here. Thanks the author for it. I like such themes and anything connected to this matter. I would like to read a bit more on that blog soon.

I am always boggled by this desire by some for these overseas adventures to "create markets" when we could augment the middle class of the United States with some investment here. Does it not count if you can sell it in Burlington but it does in Basra? Then again, we can't keep Northrop Grummon and Haliburton running through small business loans and infrastructure repair.
