Yes, I agree they were arrested because they were Americans. But as Americans they do not have the right to go everywhere they want. I am not defending the Iraq government, but with the current state of the world, why would you go hiking here? I think they were spies. And for an American to bitch about lack of evidence and rights, in an era when Gitmo still exists is the height of hypocrisy.
